AFRICA G.S.M.(SOMALILAND 1902-1908). 1914-15 TRIO & L.S.G.C. (NAVY)

William Hughes was a native of Cornwall and joined the Royal Navy in the late 19th Century and served until about 1936 as an Engine Room Articifer on board various ships and sailed to the West Indies, Africa and China. In WW1 he served on minesweepers. He died in 1941.
