MID L.G. 14th September 1918 for ‘Services in Action with Enemy Submarines’

Comes with copy service papers. Born Teynham, Kent. Served on HMS Fairy, the destroyer which ‘rammed and sank U.C.75’ on 31st May 1918. HMS Fairy later sank.

This is the most likely action for his MID.
