Mr Olsen was born on 5th Sept 1903 in Llanellly, Wales , the son of a Norwegian father, Ole Olsen from Stavanger, and Welsh mother, 'Olive May' Olsen rom Cardigan The family worked at the local tin factory with father being a carpenter.
